The Football League Need To Look At Pricing - Pressley

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has joined the calls for the Football League to do something about admission prices.

Under current rules, Football League clubs are individual businesses and can charge what they like as long as it is agreed by other clubs in their division before the start of the season.

However, the prices being charged mean that for many families and individuals, a couple of hours watching a Football League match is far more expensive than many of the thousands of leisure activities available.

Speaking about City sropping the price for Saturday's game against Fleetwood Town to £10 for adults and £5 concessions, Pressley told Keiran Crowley:  "I do think the Football League need to look at the pricing of tickets anyways as it is getting very difficult for families to come to the football due to the cost."
