Coventry City midfielder Franck Moussa has been speaking after having his best game for the Sky Blues in the 2-2 draw against Swindon Town.

The former Leicester City player who is on a short term contract until January, told the CT's Andy Turner: “Saturday was probably my best game since I came to the club."

The Belgian added: “It’s my favourite position playing in the middle but I will do whatever the manager thinks works for the team and hopefully I can keep getting starts and helping get the points.

“I had a bit of trouble in the pre-season and it took time for me to get going. I had a pre-season at Forest but I had a little period where I wasn’t doing as much when I was weighing up my options before I came to Coventry, which is a good opportunity for me.

“When I first arrived I was thrown straight into games which is what you need to get match fitness, so I think I am getting there, little by little, and hopefully I can improve my performances.

“I definitely feel there’s much more to come and the fitter I get the better it will be for everyone.”
