The City Support Was Superb - Wood

Richard Wood has thanked the 1721 City supporters at Bramall Lane on Saturday for their support.

Speaking to the CT, Wood said: "The Coventry City fans were superb on Saturday and it would be good to see a load of them turn out at the Ricoh Arena this weekend to be our 12th man.

"We are putting in some good performances and we are on a roll and I think the supporters appreciate that because they are absolutely buzzing when we are winning and you could see that at the end when all the lads went over to them to thank them. It was great to see all the smiles on their faces."
