Coventry City manager Mark Robins has said that he is happy with the team winning away and taking a point at home.

When asked a question about City's dreadful home record by the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner on behalf of a supporter who had tweeted a question, the City boss said: The home form has been up and down to say the least but thankfully we’re winning games away.

"You always want to perform well on your home ground, but if we keep winning away and drawing at home I’ll be reasonably happy.

“We’ve had unbelievably vocal support in the away games and against Portsmouth I heard the fans singing a lot more and really getting behind the team. And that makes a difference, without a shadow of doubt.

“That brings us back to the history of not owning the stadium, because when you do the atmosphere changes – people feel more a part of it and are more willing to get involved.”
