Tabb Deal Formulated

Coventry City have signed Jay Tabb from Brentford. The fee has been undisclosed and the 22 year old midfielder signed a three year deal after completing a medical.

He has been capped by the Republic Of Ireland and had a number of clubs interested in him. Tabb scored 25 goals for the Bees in 118 starts plus 42 substitute appearances. he has picked up 17 yellow cards but no reds and is from Tooting in South London. 

About his third signing in three days, Micky Adams said:“Jay has a level of maturity beyond his years and at 22, he undoubtedly has more time to grow as a player.

“He has shown his desire to progress in football through his impressive performances for Brentford and I have no doubt that he'll be an important part of our squad for this season and beyond.”
