Swindon Town are trying to sign former Coventry City loanee Nathan Delfounseo.
The Birmingham born striker scored three times for City in a fourteen game spell in 2014 and played for Blackpool, Blackburn and Bury
"We have been in touch with Nathan. Obviously he has been out of action for a while recently but quite clearly he is a player of immense talent," Swindon boss Luke Williams told BBC Wiltshire.
"For sure we need a physical presence at the top end of the pitch, I think that's very evident."
