According to the BBC's Simon Gilbert, the Supreme Court are yet to hear the application made by Otium Entertainment Group, Sky Blue Sports & Leisure and the Arvo Mastertrust to appeal the High Court decision.
The permission to appeal application shoud be heard in March with more news around Easter time.
