Sunderland have been named as one club taking an interest in Coventry City striker Michael Mifsud.
Mifsud,scored for Malta in a 5-1 defeat in Austria on Friday night and has made clear of a desire to play in the top flight of English football.
According to the People, Rangers and Birmingham City are also rumoured to be interested.
