Former Coventry City Academy player Danny Sturridge scored for England against Gordon Strachan's Scotland side at Wembley tonight.
Sturridge netted in the 23rd minute in front of plenty of Coventry City supporters at the stadium and former City player Kevin Gallacher who was working for ITV.
England, who had former City loanee Jordan Henderson in midfield, went on to win 3-0.
Former City loanee Oliver Norwood played for Northern Ireland in a 4-0 win for Michael O'Neill's side against Azerbaijan.
Former City striker Michael Mifsud played for Malta in a 1-0 home defeat by Slovenia.
