Coventry City will field a first team squad for the Lord Mayor's Charity game at Leamington on Tuesday night. The match at the New Windmill is for The Mayor's Charity Football Cup and will raise cash for Leamington Mayor Iain Jermond's chosen charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.

Leamington FC commercial manager Jim Scott said: "Micky Adams is coming and he sent a letter saying that it is going to be a first team squad playing. "The mayor approached us about hosting the event some time ago and asked us if we wanted to take part and Coventry City have obviously agreed to the mayor's request. "It is a great opportunity for the club because we want to be part of the community and this gives us a chance to show we can be."
