Former Coventry City player and manager Gordon Strachan is understood by BBC Scotland to be considering his position as the manager of the Scottish National Team.

Scotland were the only British team not to qualify for the Euro 2016 finals in France and following the 3-0 defeat by a Slovakia side which previously had not scored for 464 minutes, Strachan is to meet the Scottish FA over the next few days to discuss recent results.

Strachan has a 47% win record during his time as Scotland manager, which he took on in January 2013.
