"I don't want anyone to take their foot off the pedal. We have to concentrate next season but how well we do between now and then will determine how well we do next year.
"We have got the nucleus of a good side. We need to improve in certain areas, and everyone is aware of that, and the club is now gearing itself for a resurgence because it has been in the doldrums for too long. There is light at the end of the tunnel."
