Sheffield United boss Neil Warnock has decided to stay at Brammal Lane. He had been given permission to speak to Portsmouth about the vacant manager's job but decided against it in order to carry onwith his efforts in getting The Blades into the Premiership.
This ends specualtion about Micky Adams leaving for his home town club with Adams saying that he will carry on as Coventry City manager until he is told otherwise.
