Standing At Arena

Last updated : 05 December 2005 By Covsupport
Listening to BBC Coventry and Warwickshire, plus the various message boards, the actions of supporters standing at matches is a sensitive topic at the moment. The Football Licensing Authority has the power (although it has never been tested in a court of law) to close stands, reduce capacity and fine clubs and the Sky Blue Trust does not want to see City supporters banned or ejected or stewards attacked because of this.
Any complaints which should include detailed reports regarding the stewarding at the Arena can be made via the Trust website www.skybluetrust.co.uk The Trust will take these forward to the club.
There is a national campaign that aims to give people the choice of sitting or standing at football grounds. If you would like this choice and back the campaign then please go to their website http://www.standupsitdown.co.uk/
