Coventry Sphinx were beaten 4-0 at home by Boldmere St Michaels this afternoon in a Midland Alliance fixture.

Stuart Capaldi fired the visitors ahead in the fifth minute and that goal separated the teams at the break.

Carl Nolan's side were hit in the second half in the space of three minutes when Dominic Reece made it 2-0 to the Birmingham based side in the 50th minute and three minutes later, Tom Law increased the lead further still.

Three minutes from time, Stuart Capaldi compounded the misery for the majority of the crowd with a fourth.
