Coventry Sphinx scooped three awards at Saturday's Annual Midland Combination Awards Dinner at Villa Park.

Manager Paul Charnley won the Manager of the Year Award. Club Secretary Jackie McGowan collected the Stan Mansell Hospitality Award for Division Two on behalf of the Club whilst Vice Chairman Neil Long and Contributor James McNulty collected the Programme of the Year Award for the second successive season.

Reserve Team Manager Lee Knibbs and Assistant John Woodward were re-presented with the Challenge Vase whilst the entire first team squad and management received the Midland Combination Premier Division Shield from Combination Chairman Roy Craddock.

There were also long service awards presented to League President Les James and Massey Ferguson's Mick Fisher who have both completed 50 years consecutive service.
