Coventry Sphinx came back to snatch a 2-2 draw against Heather St Johns at Sphinx Drive.
Luke Hopkins gave a debut to new signing Luke Downes and had Ricky Cutting back in attack, playing alongside Luke Williams.
There were no goals on a blustery afternoon at Sphinx Drive but ten minutes into the second half, Troy Wellen fired the Leicestershire ahead and four minutes later, Dean Withers added a second.
Sphinx battled back and in the 63rd minute, Luke Williams scored to give some hope and three minutes from time, that was rewarded when Ricky Cutting grabbed an equaliser and a share of the points.
