Some Supporters Consider Highfield Road Stay Away

Last updated : 12 June 2005 By Covsupport
Covsupport understands that some City supporters are considering staying away from any game played at Highfield Road if City are unsuccessful in having the Football League decision regarding playing the first three games away from home reversed.

Some supporters who have spoken to Covsupport feel that the Sky Blues home of 106 years was said goodbye to in the most fitting manner on April 30th with the 6-2 demolition of Derby County and that any league match played there in season 2005/06 would never match the atmosphere, excitement and spectacle of a truely memorable day.
