Coventry City manager Chris Coleman has urged his players to stop feeling sorry for themselves and start winning matches.

"There has been a tendancy for them to be a bit fragile and feel sorry for themselves and I was a bit hard on them this week.

"I have been in a dressing room for long enough - twenty years as a professional and I know when there is a feeling that it is not our time at the minute. But we have got to make it our time.

"It just doesn't happen but we have got is good enough to get a result.

Chris Coleman wants those points this afternoon when City take on Nottingham Forest at the Ricoh Arena.

"The next three points is going to be a big three and I want it to be at the Ricoh because we have have got to turn the corner there, regardless of injuries.

"Let's get into the groove, let's get the three points and let's make sure we don't make excuses."
