Sky Sports To Increase FL Coverage

Sky Sports have announced plans to show more Football League matches from the 2015/2016 season.

Sky Sports have agreed a new deal with the Football League and from 2015/2016, will show a total of 148 live games each season.

From August 2015, Sky Sports will broadcast exclusively live each season: 112 matches from across the Football League, including The Football League Play-Offs including all three Finals.  fiteen  matches from the  Capital One Cup, including both legs of each semi-final and the final and the Johnstones Paint Trophy Final as well at least two matches from the preceding rounds.

Sky Sports will have the rights to highlights and clips of Football League matches, the Capital One Cup and Johnstone's Paint Trophy matches in a deal which also encompasses television, broadband internet, video-on-demand and mobile services.
