Sandra Garlick, Chairperson elect of the SCG, resigned from the group last month citing as one of the reasons her claim that she had received direct and indirect abuse from members of the Sky Blue Trust.
As a democratic, inclusive and non-discriminatory organisation we take such accusations very seriously. We have written to Ms Garlick asking for evidence of these claims and have promised to investigate them thoroughly.
If any Trust members are found to be guilty of these actions the appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken including expulsion from the Trust. These are dark and difficult times for all Coventry supporters where passions can run high but the Trust will not tolerate any divisive or abusive behaviour from Trust members towards any section of our fan base.
