Sky Blue Trust Hold Their AGM

The Sky Blue Trust held their Annual General Meeting tonight at The Squirrel Public House in Coventry.

Chair Steve Brown opened the meeting and the minutes of the 2013 AGM were approved.

The accounts will be audited in October before Roger Ellis (secretary) put forward a motion regarding board members. A motion to reduce maximum board member numbers from 16 to 8 was carried with no objections and a mation to appoint two new board members in October was also carried.

Frank Smith put forward a resolution regarding fans involvement in football clubs. It was felt that this should include current and new owners, a vote to remove the word new from the propsal was carried and the vote for Frank Smith's resolution with amendments was also carried.

Bruce Walker, who has been involved in supporter politics since the mid 1980's, had put forward a resolution calling for a total boycott of Sixfields. However, in light of recent events, it was agreed that this should be refered.
