According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, SISU have applied to appeal their latest High Court defeat.
Coventry City Council have until May 25th to respond to the appeal and the Court of Appeal will then decide if they will allow the appeal to take place.
SISU also have the option of the Supreme Court and European Commission if they wish to go down such roads.
