According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, Coventry City's owners SISU have not had their Judicial Review appeal heard so far due to a backlog of cases.
SISU have said that they were appealing against the decision made by Justice Hickinbottom to award the Judicial Review to Coventry City Council and were due to have their right to an appeal heard before the end of October.
However, a backlog at the Court Of Appeal means that the wait for the case to be heard goes on.
