According to the Coventry Telegraph, Coventry City Council have received their first payment from SISU towards costs awarded to the Council following the Judicial Review.
The Council were cleared in the Judicial Review of acting contrary to European law when it loaned £14.4m to Arena Coventry Limited in 2013 and order SISU to pay costs.
The Council has now received £100,000 from SISU and on Friday is due another £150k.
