Coventry City owners Sisu have lost their latest legal challenge over a loan made to Ricoh Arena operating company ACL by Coventry City Council in January 2013.
Sisu have been refused permission to appeal the court ruling which awarded the judicial review to Coventry City Council
Coventry City Council Leader George Duggins and Coun John Blundell, leader of the opposition, said to the Coventry Telegrapgh: " Coventry City Council is pleased with the ruling of the Supreme Court today and that the Judicial Review process is now exhausted."
Sisu could now start a second judicial review with regard to the sale of the Ricoh Arena to Wasps.
