Coventry City's owners Sisu have issued a press statement following the Court Of Appeal's decision to grant them the right to appeal the Judicial Review decision.
The statement reads: "The Court Of Appeal both granted Sisu leave to appeal and expedited the appeal.
"We will therefore have the opportunity to present the case before a full panel of Appeal judges very shortly.
"Sisu will not be making any further comment."
