Coventry City Council have confirmed in a press statement, what ost people knew, that Sisu are going ahead with a second judicial review against them
The second Judicial Review or JR2 will see Sisu try and claim that the Council should not have sold their shares in Arena Coventry Limited, who run the Ricoh Arena to Wasps.
The City Council said in a statement: “We can confirm that following the conclusion of the Judicial Review last December in the Council’s favour, the Council has now received notification that Sisu intend to pursue their second Judicial Review claim relating to the sale of the Council’s shares in ACL and the lease extension on the Ricoh Arena to Wasps.”
