The judges at the Court Of Appeal in London have said that SISU can appeal the decision that Coventry City Council's bail out of ACL was not within European law.
Joy Seppala, Laura Deeming, members of the Sky Blue Trust, the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert and a representative of Coventry City Council were in court to hear the judges grant permission for appeal with real prospect of relief to Sisu if appeal succeeds.
The Judge suggests that the process be concluded in 2015/16 season and that there will be a two-day hearing on the first available date after October 1st.
