Last updated : 31 July 2018 By CNS Sport

The accounts for Sisu Capital Limited up to March 31st 2018 have been filed with Companies House and give an indication as to where some of the money earned by Coventry City FC goes.

The accounts which can be read by clicking HERE, see Sisu Capital, who are still based in Kensington High Street in London, saying that their principal activity is the provision of fund management services. The Group's focus remains on extracting value from the portfolio of the ARVO fund, prefecting the Private Equity Funds and realising the sole remaining asset in the Sisu Master Fund.

The ARVO fund has, as we all know and have known for years, a debenture out on Coventry City FC. This debenture includes everything from season ticket sales to club website hits, as a way of Sisu clawing back money they claim to have invested in the Sky Blues over the last nearly eleven years.

Sisu Capital Limited have announced an operating profit up to £2.86m compared to a £157k loss in 2017 with payments to directors (Joy Seppala & Dermot Coleman) totalling £1.17m + £1.08m profit allocation + £771k in drawings.
