Simpson The Ref For Oldham Trip

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's League One game at Oldham Athletic on Easter Monday is Jeremy Simpson from Lancashire.

In his second season on the Football League list, Mr Simpson has only been in charge of two Coventry City game before.

They were the 3-1 win at MK Dons on November 30th 2013 and the  game last season at the Ricoh Arena against Scunthorpe which City lost 2-1. Four players were cautioned in both of those games. 

This season, Mr Simpson has had 29 games and shown 85 yellow cards and five reds.  

His assistants are Duncan Street and Ricky Wootton. The Fourth Official is Jake Collin.
