Coventry City have announced a meeting of Ordinary B shareholders of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd.
The meeting for Shareholders only, takes place at the Coventry City Supporters Club, 50 Freehold Street, Coventry, on Tuesday 10 December 2013 at 8pm.
Shareholders attending the meeting should bring their share certificate and one form of identity as proof of membership.
The meeting has been called as part of the process by Otium Entertainment Group to get CCFC (Holdings) struck off the register of companies.
