Yes it is true - we are back at the Ricoh!!! The next home match, on Friday 5th September, will be at our real home - The Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
A massive thank you to each and every Trust member because without you behind us we would not have been able to have as much influence, put as much pressure, organise as many protests and in the end make a difference.
If you ever doubted that we could make a difference the Trust had communication from several people involved in the negotiations and to quote one high level person "The Trust had no little influence in getting this to happen".
The continual efforts of keeping our plight in the media spotlight, the marches, the protests - each and every action has helped make a difference, each person who supported the Trust, each person who came on the march. Together fans can make a difference and this proves it.
We must also thank Steve Waggott from CCFC and Chris Robinson from ACL who negotiated this two year deal and also the other fans groups from Coventry and those from other clubs who supported our cause. Friday will be a great occasion so lets fill the Ricoh and turn it into a fortress to help propel Steven Pressley's boys back into the Championship.
The two sides in this long and bitter dispute have drawn a line in the sand and are not dwelling on the past but looking forward to a new future of co-operation and mutual understanding and we as supporters should do the same. Whether you boycotted Sixfields, went inside or stood on the Hill we should forget past differences and unite. We are all Sky Blue fans who love our club with a passion and have got through the darkest period our club has ever faced so "Lets All Sing Together".
The Trust has been asked by the club to ask its members about any ideas or issues that fans may have about the Ricoh, any changes that fans would like, concerns they may have etc. We have been told that ticket information is being worked currently and details will be released early next week.
