‘Say You'll be a Sponsor'!

Coventry City Ladies FC first team have returned to training without a sponsor for the season. Last season's shirt sponsor, Cassidy Development, extends into a second year, but with hopes high for a promotion winning season the club is keen to recruit local businesses and individuals to help cheer them to success!

Coventry City FC have joined forces and have pledged to give 2 tickets* to a game at the Ricoh for every £100 donated to the Ladies Premiership push!

Chairman David Singleton “Under new head coach Stuart Wilson, our hopes are high to deliver promotion to the Northern Premiership within two years. I want our players to focus purely on football and not worrying about their jobs to ensure they can ‘pay to play'. It's important that we think, act and perform like a professional football club to generate results and get this club where we belong. The positive PR opportunities for sponsors is great and at the same time we can support Coventry City's ‘Operation Premiership' by introducing new fans to the Ricoh.”

Sponsorship opportunities are varied. For as little as £200, you can sponsor a junior player for the season. Your company name will be shown on the club website www.thinkpremiership.com and wherever possible publicised through the media. Larger opportunities exist; for example how would you like to be the City's first ‘short sponsor', or perhaps have your Company name on the players sports bags they'll carry around the Midlands and Country? To enable the club to secure a stable future, they would like to secure a three year deal paving the way for the Premiership and even FA Cup success!

If you are interested in supporting the Country's largest ladies football club quest for promotion, e-mail David Singleton via Premiership@cclfc.co.uk, or call him on 07808 094112.

(*conditions apply, certain matches excluded from promotion.)
