Dean Leacock has joined Swansea City in a £375k move from Fulham.

The defender had always been on the fringe of the Fulham squad making only five appearances for Fulham's first team last season.

He was loaned to City in September 2004 making fourteen first team appearances and two reserve team appearances. He was plagued by injury and returned to Craven Cottage early.

Kevin Pressman has announced his retirement from football.  The 38 year old keeper who did not make any City first team appearances but was at fault for both goals in a 2-0 defeat at Watford for the Reserves, was released by Mansfield Town at the end of last season.

The former Sheffield Wednesday keeper told the Sheffield Star:"There have been no phone calls, no offers to play football. "I can't sit around and wait for the phone to ring. "They say don't pack football in too early but it seems football has packed me in."
Jonny Tuffey put in a good performance for Partick Thistle in a 2-1 win at Lancaster City. The former City Reserves keeper who made first team appearances only in two friendlies at Worcester and Walsall played the whole of the second half.
Craig Reid played in Falkirk's 0-0 draw at FC Groningen whilst Ben Mackey turned out for Leamington FC in a 2-0 home defeat to AFC Telford. Former City Academy player Dave Pearson also played for The Brakes.
Avun Jephcott played 65 minutes for Coventry Copsewood in their 3-2 home defeat to Bedworth United. The son of former Sky Blue Jimmy Holmes who is also called Jimmy played for the Greenbacks who travel to Leamington on Friday night.
Craig Bellamy scored on his debut in a2-0 win for Liverpool at Wrexham. The former City striker scored in the 52nd minute.
