Rotherham United have become the first Football League club to be relegated.
The Millers were beaten 1-0 by Fulham in a defeat which sees their tenure in the Championship ended and a place in League One for next season.
The defeat was Rotherham's 30th defeat of the season and they are still in with a chance of breaking the Football League record of 34 for the most losses in a season.
