Coventry City manager Mark Robins has said that he is relieved to have got the game against Barnet out of the way.

Barnet had enough chances to win the match, especially in the first half but a goal in the 74th minute from Jonson Clarke Harris gave City the win.

Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire after the game, the City Boss said: "We did not do enough. It looked really lacklustre.

"It is dissapointing to say but we looked like a team who had not played for ten days. Even though we have worked hard on the training pitch it was clear to see. It just shows you that there is no substitute for playing games.

"At the break, I just told them to up the tempo and the second half was much better.

"It still did not hit the heights that we know we are capable of, but it was better.

"I am relieved to get this game out of the way and now moving on to Tuesday night we can hope that today has just got the cobwebs off."
