Robins Has Fond Memories Of Scunthorpe

Coventry City manager Mark Robins has said that he has fond memories of Scunthorpe United as the Sky Blues prepare to travel to Glanford Park tomorrow.

City go into the game, having won their last three games including an excellent victory at Wycombe Wanderers on New Year's Day and Robins, who will be meeting Chris Badlan and those involved with player recruitment at CCFC, today, told the media this morning: "I've got good memories of Scunthorpe, the owners were brilliant and there's some good people there and I have fond memories.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"They've had a really good period and they find themselves in a difficult one now but they've started to pick up some form.

It's about us and what we're doing and how we're playing at the moment and it's a difficult place to go, we've got to go there and continue in the same vain.

 You tend to learn a lot of things during tough periods and hopefully we can kick on now and give everything we can to finish as high as we can.
