The former student has had two opportunities to go out on loan but has told Chris Coleman that he wants to stay and fight for his place in the City first team.

"We were approached by one or two clubs to take Robbie on loan but he wasn't interested and said that he wants to fight for his place and that is what I want to see," said City boss Chris Coleman to the CT.
"He hasn't been on the bench as much as he would have liked but he knows he is in good company and better than he has ever been as a player.
