It is understood that last night, many stewards who work at Coventry City home games at the Ricoh Arena, refused to sign up to the offer to go and work at the putative home ground.
The leadership of the revolt has asked all stewards to stick together and refuse to sign up, thus making any potential move away from Coventry 'untenable'
