Regis Genaux Dies

Former Coventry City player Regis Genaux has died aged 35.

The midfielder made only three appearances for the Sky Blues in the 1996/97 and left after a injury hit spell for Italian side Udinese.

Injuries saw Genaux who made 22 appearances for his native Belgium, retire at the age of 29.

He went into coaching and was at RFC Seresien. Unfortunatly, he had a heart failure caused by a Pulmonary embolism and passed away yesterday afternoon in hospital in Chaudfontaine.

His funeral is on November 14th at 11am in Beaufays.
