Coventry City captain Reda Johnson played for Benin in a 6-1 defeat to Morocco on Thursday night.
Morocco were 3-0 up through Nordin Amrabat, Abderrazak Hamdallah and Omar El Kaddouri before Rudy Gestede pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time.
In the second half, Morocco scored three times thanks to Ayoub El Khaliqi, a second goal for Abderrazak Hamdallah and one for Marouane Chamakh in the final minute.
