Reda Johnson: I've Done Nothing Wrong

Last updated : 28 April 2016 By CNS Staff

Coventry City defender Reda Johnson said that he had done nothing wrong in watching Sheffield Wednesday last Saturday.

Johnson met a handful of fans in Starbucks in Town today for a coffee and told the Coventry Telegraph: "Just because I see a few fans, two or three fans, who were trying to argue with me on Twitter.

"So I told them if you want to come and argue face to face, there is no trouble.

"Me, I know my position, I know I've done nothing wrong and that's why I told them. If you want to argue with me, just do it face to face.

"I said nothing, they are allowed to do what they want, the only thing is they have to know I've got my personal life and I can do what I want. That's it.

"Everyone does what he wants on his days off and when I do what I want that's it."

"I can see the love and the respect they've got for me and I've got the same and that's why I told them if you want to come and have a free coffee no problem, it's fine.

"We are all in the same boat. We all want to go into the Championship together and we are fighting for that."
