Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has said that racism is not tolerated at the Sky Blues.

Mr Fisher was speaking to the press following news of a 34 year old male being arrested for allegedly making anti-semitic comments before Coventry City's FA Cup tie at Tottenham Hotspur.

The arrest was the second for the making of racist comments by a City fan in three away games.

Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph, Mr Fisher said; "Racism is simply not tolerated at Coventry City - whether it is on or off the pitch.

"The club has worked with the Kick It Out campaign over a number of years and our stance on racism will not change as it has to be eradicated from the game."
