Put Some Staff On To Answer The Phones

I do hope that Coventry City will not be repeating the mistake of when the season tickets went on sale for the return to the Ricoh Arena and did not have enough staff to answer the phone to supporters trying to buy season tickets.

Please can you ask the club either personally or through the SCG to make sure they have enough staff on to answer the phones over the next few weeks and before the end of of June to take the money from those who want to renew their season tickets.

 

NB We raised this with Steve Waggott and have been told that Ticket Office manager Karen Bennett is working up a schedule for all staff to cover demand.
