Coventry City manager Andy Thorn was pleased with the way his side came back against Cardiff City to snatch a 2-2 draw on Wednesday night.

Speaking to the Press Association, Thorn said;  "We had to change a lot of things at half-time. In fact, I was pleased to get in at just 1-0 down.

"I spoke to the players and told them to go out, play football and enjoy themselves.

"I'm delighted and proud with the way we came back in the second half. We missed a penalty and had other chances before Jordan scored.

"One of my analysts said that Cardiff concede a lot of goals in the last 15 minutes of games so the players had to keep going. But I didn't expect it to come that late.

"We are pleased to pick up points in two big away games. We have shown we will fight all the way."
