With Micky Adams not speaking to the media after the game. Adrian Heath was sent to the Press Conference.

Said the City Assistant Manager to the club website: "It was a disappointing, frustrating day for us. "Although we didn't get the result at Luton we thought we played really well, it's hard to know why it was so different today.

"After two straight defeats we were really looking forward to two games back at home and we were hoping that we would be back amongst it after them but to be honest I think Michael Doyle's goal masked what was a pretty poor performance.

"A few weeks ago we had one of the tightest defences in the division and it's pretty clear that we can't keep missing good early chances. "As soon as we miss opportunities we begin to look apprehensive. Everybody is really down at the moment but we'll evaluate the game this week, we'll all stick together and look to get a result against Southend at the weekend."
