Preston North End boss Graham Westley is expecting a tough game against Coventry City tonight in the Johnstones Paint Trophy Northern Area Semi-Final.

Speaking to Preston's official club website, Westley said:  “It is going to be a tough place to go, albeit their home record isn’t one that breeds fear into you it is going to be a tough game.

“Any home club in a cup tie has an advantage but any home ground can become a disadvantage if you go and put in the right performance and we know that.

“It is our job to put in the right performance and progress to the northern final and if we get into the northern final then we have got a great chance, we are one step away from the final. Our target isn’t the final; we want to win the trophy.”

“We were very unfortunate to come away with a single point, any neutral observer watching the game would have said the better side got a late equaliser but the better side didn’t get what they deserved.

“We have to go to Coventry and improve on our performance because if we put in a similar performance we will be going to penalties and we want to be more convincing than that.”
