Coventry City striker Freddy Eastwood has said that the pressure is slightly off the Sky Blues tonight as Newcastle United come to the Ricoh Arena expecting to win.
Speaking to the club website at yesterday's press conference, Eastwood said:"I think they are the best team in the Championship at the moment but for us it takes a bit of pressure off because we know Newcastle will be coming here expecting to win comfortably.
"The boys know how important this game is because if we can get a result it's the kind of result that could help us kick on and get back up the table," he added.
"We've been on a bad run lately but this is the kind of fixture that could give us a chance to pull out of it.
"We know they are a quality outfit but we are looking forward to trying to match that.
"It's been difficult for the manager as well because of the injuries we have had and he is just trying hard to get the best 11 players he can out on the pitch but we all know this is a big game and we will all be trying our best to get a result."
