Coventry City manager Steven Pressley admitted that his side did not show the same desire to win as Crewe.
Speaking to the Press Association, Pressley, whose failure to get the best out of his players was one of the many gripes that City supporters coming out of Gresty Road following the 2-1 defeat, had, said:" I reminded the players there is massive potential at this club and we need to come to these grounds and win.
"We cannot just come to grounds and expect our fast flowing football to win these games. There has to be a real desire not to lose.
"Crewe showed more of that in the first half and pressurised us and tried to stop us passing."
